Dates Kheer

This is the simplest dessert you can make this in 10 minutes with only three ingredients. I tried this and it came out really well. Try this healthy recipe and you can give this as breakfast to kids

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Dates – 10
  2. Grated coconut – 50 gm
  3. Elaichi powder – a pinch

Method:

  1. Soak the dates in water for 3 hours
  2. Remove the seeds and blend it in blender using the same water
  3. Take coconut milk from the grated coconut
  4. Mix dates puree, coconut milk and elaichi powder( add water to adjust the consistency)
  5. Serve it immediately or serve it chill
