Ingredients:
- Dates – 10
- Grated coconut – 50 gm
- Elaichi powder – a pinch
Method:
- Soak the dates in water for 3 hours
- Remove the seeds and blend it in blender using the same water
- Take coconut milk from the grated coconut
- Mix dates puree, coconut milk and elaichi powder( add water to adjust the consistency)
- Serve it immediately or serve it chill
