Ingredients:
- Pineapple – 1/2
- Apple – 1
- Ginger – 1/2 inch (optional)
Method:
- wash and cut the apple into few pieces
- Peel the skin of pineapple and cut into chunks
- Add apple, pineapple and ginger to a blender and add 1/2 cup of water
- Blend it smoothly and serve
