Ingredients:
- Almonds – 10 nos
- Fig – 2
- Dates – 4
- Walnuts – 4
Pre-Preparation:
Soak All the ingredients overnight or soak for atleast 8 hours
Preparation :
- Add everything in a blender and blend it
- Transfer it to the glass and drink it as breakfast
Note:
- you can add raisins, pista and cashews too
- You can add milk also
