Ingredients:
- Chickpeas or white chana – 1 cup
- Sesame seeds or Till – 2 tsp
- Lemon – 1/2
- Garlic – 4 pods
- Oil – 4 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Pre-Preparation:
- Soak chana for 6-8 hrs and cooked for 2 whistles
- Dry roast the sesame seeds in low flame
Method:
- Powder the sesame seeds and keep it separately
- In mixie jar, add chana, sesame powder, lemon juice , garlic, salt and cumin powder
- Add oil to it and grind everything to a smooth paste
- Transfer the hummus to a bowl S
- Serve it as a dip to vegetables or wrap or with bread
