This milkshake is a thick, quick and delicious one full of vitamins. Do try this healthy milkshake
Preparation Time : 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- Banana – 2
- Bluberries – 1 cup
- Almond – 10 ( soaked in warm milk)
- Honey – as per taste
Method:
- Peel the bananas and chop into pieces
- Add blueberries and banana and almond to the blender
- Add milk to it and blend well
- Serve it by adding honey
Note:
You can add almond milk also instead of milk and soaked almonds
