This juice is quick and simple to make low calorie and it is best to have this juice to stay hydrated during summer.
Preparation time : 5 minutes

Ingredients:
- Cucumber – 1 big
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Lemon – 1
- Water – as required
- honey – 2 tsp
Pre-Preparation:
- Slice off the ends of the cucumber and peel the skin and chop into roughly large pieces
- Peel the ginger and chop into few pieces
Method:
- Add cucumber and ginger and water into a mixie or blender
- Blend it for 2 minutes
- Pour the mixture in a strainer. Use a spoon to move the juice through the strainer to strain the juice well. Discard the solids.
- Add lemon juice and add honey
- Serve it immediately
