Cucumber Juice

This juice is quick and simple to make low calorie and it is best to have this juice to stay hydrated during summer.

Preparation time : 5 minutes

Serves : 2

Ingredients:

  1. Cucumber – 1 big
  2. Ginger – 1 inch
  3. Lemon – 1
  4. Water – as required
  5. honey – 2 tsp

Pre-Preparation:

  1. Slice off the ends of the cucumber and peel the skin and chop into roughly large pieces
  2. Peel the ginger and chop into few pieces

Method:

  1. Add cucumber and ginger and water into a mixie or blender
  2. Blend it for 2 minutes
  3. Pour the mixture in a strainer. Use a spoon to move the juice through the strainer to strain the juice well. Discard the solids.
  4. Add lemon juice and add honey
  5. Serve it immediately
