This is a simple and quick recipe, we can make at home. We can add any vegetables available at home like beans, carrot, peas, corn, cabbage, cauliflower, babycorn etc., Noodles is kid’s favourite at home. Do try this recipe
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time : 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- Noodles – 1 pack ( i used wheat noodles in this recipe)
- Vegetables – 1 cup finely chopped ( i used beans, carrot and peas)
- Onion – 1 finely chopped
- Garlic – 4 pods finely chopped
- Pepper powder – 1.5 tsp
- Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
- Light soya sauce – 1 tsp
- Olive oil / Sesame oil – 3 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Water – as required
Method:
- Cook noodles as per the instructions in the pack. Remove the noodles and wash it with cold water to prevent further cooking and apply a tsp of oil to it
- Heat 2 tsp oil in pan and add onions and garlic to it, saute well for a minute
- Add vegetables and saute well for 3 minutes and add salt to it
- Add lime juice and soya sauce and mix it well
- Add the cooked noodles to it, toss it gently and serve it with your favorite sauce/sidish.

Note:
- Check the instructions in the noodles pack
- You can replace lemon juice with vinegar
- Before adding noodles, you can add any sauce if you want to add
- If you want, you can add eggs too after saute the vegetables
