Ginger Coriander Tea

The Drink is made using Ginger and coriander as the main ingredient. The heavy spice of ginger steeped in the tones of coriander, is cleansing and calming. Coriander is rich in vitamin C and ginger boosts the immune system.

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. Ginger – 1 inch finely chopped
  2. Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
  3. Turmeric – 1 inch finely chopped (optional)
  4. Honey – 1 tsp (optional)
  5. Water – 250 ml

Method:

  1. Mix ginger, coriander and turmeric with water
  2. Bring it to boil for 10 minutes, simmer and uncovered
  3. Switch off the flame and Strain it to a glass
  4. Add honey to it and drink warm
