Ginger Lemon Tea

Preparation Time: 5 mins

Cooking Time : 10 mins

Ingredients:

  1. Ginger – 1 inch
  2. Lemon – 1/2
  3. Turmeric – 1 inch ( you can add 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder)
  4. Honey – 1 tsp
  5. Water – 2 cups

Pre-Preparation:

Peel the ginger and turmeric and add to water and boil for 3 minutes. Rest it for 5 minutes

Method:

  1. Squeeze the juice from lemon
  2. Add Lemon juice to the warm ginger turmeric water
  3. Add 2 tsp of honey to it
  4. Serve it warm

Tips:

  1. You can add a dash of cinnamon powder to it
  2. You can add jaggery instead of honey
