Ingredients:
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Lemon – 1/2
- Turmeric – 1 inch ( you can add 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder)
- Honey – 1 tsp
- Water – 2 cups
Pre-Preparation:
Peel the ginger and turmeric and add to water and boil for 3 minutes. Rest it for 5 minutes
Method:
- Squeeze the juice from lemon
- Add Lemon juice to the warm ginger turmeric water
- Add 2 tsp of honey to it
- Serve it warm

Tips:
- You can add a dash of cinnamon powder to it
- You can add jaggery instead of honey
