This is the one of the important powder or sambar podi you can keep it in your kitchen. you can use this for sambar and kootu recipes. The flavour and taste is too good
Ingredients:
Dry chillies – 8 no
Coriander seeds – 2 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds – 1 tsp
Channal dal/Kadalai Paruppu – 2 tsp
Asofoetida – 1 tsp
Method:
Roast everything in 1/2 tsp of oil and grind it coarsely
Store it in an air-tight container
