Guacamole is a dip made using Avocados. This recipe is simple, fresh, and made using ingredients available at home and serve with any bread toast or chips.
Ingredients:
- Ripe Avocados – 2
- Green chilli – 2
- Onion – 1
- Tomato – 1
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Chopped Coriander leaves – 3 tsp
- Lime juice – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
Method:
- Mash the ripened avocados using fork or blend it in a mixie
- Heat oil in a pan and add onions saute for a minute just to remove the raw flavour
- Then add tomatoes, ginger, green chilli and switch off the flame
- Add little salt and lime juice and mix it well with mashed Avocado
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve

Choosing Avocado is very important for this dip. choose well ripened avocadoes for tasty guacamole
