Easy Homemade Guacamole

Guacamole is a dip made using Avocados. This recipe is simple, fresh, and made using ingredients available at home and serve with any bread toast or chips.


  1. Ripe Avocados – 2
  2. Green chilli – 2
  3. Onion – 1
  4. Tomato – 1
  5. Ginger – 1 inch
  6. Chopped Coriander leaves – 3 tsp
  7. Lime juice – 1 tsp
  8. Salt – to taste


  1. Mash the ripened avocados using fork or blend it in a mixie
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add onions saute for a minute just to remove the raw flavour
  3. Then add tomatoes, ginger, green chilli and switch off the flame
  4. Add little salt and lime juice and mix it well with mashed Avocado
  5. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve
