This is a very simple sweet dish we can make it within 15 minutes and minimum ingredients. It’s healthy and kid-friendly recipe.
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour – 1 Cup
- Ripened Banana – 1 (small)
- Jaggery – 2 tsp
- Cardomom Powder/Elaichi – 1/4 tsp
- Grated coconut – 1 tsp(optional)
- Oil/Ghee – Required to pan fry in paniyaram pan or Appe Pan
Pre-Preparation:
- Put the Jaggery in few tsp of water. once it dissolves, strain them to remove the impurities
- Mash the ripened banana with a fork
Method:
- Mix Wheat flour with jaggery and banana and make into a thick paste
- Add cardomom powder and grated coconut and mix well
- Heat the Paniyaram pan and add ghee or oil and the batter in each hole
- cover it with a lid and cook for 2 minutes
- Open the lid and flip it to other side and cook for 2 minutes
- Remove the paniyaram from hole
- super soft sweet Paniyaram is ready
